Why Register? Register Login

Registration on the Health Care Improvement portal allows you to submit reports about your own improvement work, suggest resources for the site, and add comments to improvement reports and collaborative profiles.

When you register you will be sent a temporary username and password. This is a one time login. Clicking on the link in the email will take you to a page that asks you to reset your password. You must reset your password to complete the registration process.
